for processing wide angle shots and fisheye lens shots, it's correction is phenominal, and it does an amazing job of fixing images based upon the camera body and lenses used.like nx, it cannot input dng files, however, it does export as dng (albeit linear dng files which are huge)!so if you like capture nx, do yourself a favor and try dxo. lightroom is decent, however, it really pushes organization by metatags too much and it lacks lens correction which completely destryos it for me.i've found that hands down, the best raw image processing software is dxo. nx v1.x had a horrible interface that was unintuitive and rather cumbersome.ffective workflow with processing raw images is extremely important to me.
